CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Construction in Full Swing

Drywall is now complete for all units on the 9th floor, and the dry walling continues on to the 10th floor keeping the Syndicate right on track for October Move-Ins.  In addition to drywall on the 9th floor units, the 9th floor party/club rooms, as well as, the 8th floor Fitness Center have both been dry walled and painted.  Framing of the units on the upper floors also continues, as those units approach their options and selections stages.

If you’ve walked by the Syndicate recently you may have noticed that the south side street level of the building is taking on some significant changes.  The storefront on the south side of the building is currently being installed and should be complete within the next month.

It has been confirmed that an outdoor fire pit, and misting showers will be added to the residential rooftop deck.  These new additions will be sure to keep the rooftop deck comfortable and enjoyable in both cooler and warmer times throughout the year.  

SYNDICATE TOURS :

Syndicate building and display home tours are offered in August, Tuesdays through Fridays.  Special weekend tours will be offered on Saturdays August 11th and 25th at 12:30, 1:30, and 2:30 pm.  Please contact the sales center to schedule a tour time at 314-241-6500 or info@syndicateliving.com
