CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Work on the main lobby is beginning this month, with preparation for flooring and dry wall to take place.  The interior elevators have been framed and doors installed.  Dry walling around the elevator shafts is taking place and should be complete in the next few weeks.  When the use of the interior elevators can begin is still to be announced.

Installation of balconies for those units on the upper floors continues into October.

The fitness room is receiving its finishing touches and ready for equipment to arrive. 

Dry wall is complete on the 12th floor and is beginning in the 13th floor.

Original closing dates have been pushed back slightly due to electrical installations taking longer than expected.  First move in’s are now projected for the first week in December; however, we are hopeful that some units may close sooner.
